A day at Carol Lee starts at 3:30am, and fresh donuts are ready to go by 6:30am, when the shop opens for the day. Every morning, around 200 dozen donuts are made, with 300 dozen on the busiest days. That's 3,600 freshly-made donuts that have been shaped, baked, glazed, sprinkled, or filled!
